Winter jogging is always good. After Christmas and New Year's Eve we can feel not good with our body.
We want to change something and the most important to be healthy. Eat healthy food it's not enough we have to do some sports. Jogging for example. We have to remember to wear warm clothes or special clothes to jogging. Choose what  you want and what u prefer more :)
- Warm  but comfortable clothes
- cap on head
and go go go!
